An evening of grounding, release, and transformation — designed to help realign the mind, body, and spirit through intention, silence, and ritual.

This sacred gathering offers a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and manifest with clarity under the luminous energy of the Full Moon.

• Grounding breathwork
• Guided Full Moon meditation
• Intention-setting & manifestation ritual
• Intuitive journaling & visualisation
• ⁠Sacred space to release and receive
• Ritual snacks and refreshments

Please Bring:
• A journal & pen
• optionally a yoga mat (we encourage grounding)

Dress Code: White or light-colored comfortable clothing 🤍
